I'm happy to be alive today because of my Aunt.
I always knew that she was a great woman, but today I saw a fraction of the hearts that she touched and deeply affected, and all for the better. She did a great many things during her life, and approached them all with a tremendous passion. I think if I could boil down everything she taught me to as essential a message as possible, then it would be this: to love with all your heart, and to throw yourself into your passions with everything you have.
I admire her greatly, and know that she would want me to always be myself, no matter who that person is, and to pay no attention to anyone who says that I can't do something. I will always treasure what little time I had with her, and try to be my best for her.
